Artist statement

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, I've lived in Seattle, WA for over 26 years. In 2010 I took my first glassblowing class at Pratt Fine Arts Center. I immediately realized I'd found my next path. I continue to work at Pratt but have also studied at the Pilchuck Glass School, and with local and visiting glass artists from as far away as Ireland and Murano, Italy.

I love color and designing special pieces with clients. My goal is to create beautiful and functional glass art, utilizing classic Venetian techniques.
